President
In this role, you’ll be the leader of the PTA: you’ll be responsible for keeping PTA meetings on track, and will work closely with both the school administration and other PTA board members to plan events, create budgets, etc. This leadership role is best suited for someone who is organized and comfortable delegating tasks.
🎉
1st VP (Classroom Assistance)*
In this role, you will help plan and coordinate volunteers for our classroom curriculum parties and teacher appreciation events. You’ll also work closely in support of the PTA President. Being available during school hours on planned event days is helpful, but not required for this position.

2nd VP (School-Wide Volunteer Support)*
In this role, you will help plan and oversee school-wide events, such as Fall Fest, Family Fun Night, and more. This role is great for someone who can recruit and organize volunteers for these larger events and is comfortable delegating tasks.

3rd VP (Fundraising Coordinator)*
In this role, you will oversee our PTA fundraising efforts throughout the year, working with support from the rest of the board and others. Past fundraising has included restaurant nights, Read Like a Lion, the silent auction, and more.

Secretary
In this role, you will take notes during PTA meetings and keep the community up to date on PTA activities via email, Weekly Preview newsletters, Facebook, etc. This role is great for someone who likes to write.

Treasurer
In this role, you will manage the budget and financial reporting for the PTA. This is a great role for someone who loves creating budgets, working with spreadsheets, and keeping track of details.
